Our HR-on-Demand services allow you to use our HR and Payroll team as needed for all things HR and Payroll. In this capacity we are available to consult on employment matters, coach, and mentor your leadership and HR team, assist with employee complaint investigations, manage, or execute special projects, assist with hiring and firing, benefits management, and so on. We become your HR Team, but only charge you for the time you need us for.
Our HR-on-Demand bill rate varies by the level of HR support required for each activity; we bill and record in 15-minute intervals and invoice monthly.
