Getting it right the first time.
Let us find your gaps before someone else does. Our consulting team will audit your existing policies and procedures and make recommendations in order to ensure you are compliant and efficient with all things human resources and payroll.
Define the scope and objectives of the audit
The first step is to determine the scope of the audit, which could include areas such as recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The objectives of the audit are clearly defined and align with the client’s goals and priorities.
Gather data and documentation
The next step is to gather data and documentation related to the client’s HR policies, practices, and procedures. This may include employee handbooks, job descriptions, performance evaluations, compensation and benefits data, and legal compliance records.
Conduct interviews and surveys
We conduct interviews with key personnel in the client’s HR department, as well as with employees and managers throughout the organization. Additionally, we distribute surveys to gather feedback on HR practices and policies.
Analyze data and identify gaps
Based on the information gathered, we conduct a thorough analysis of the client’s HR practices and policies. We identify any areas where the client is non-compliant with legal requirements, where policies are ineffective or inefficient, and where there are gaps in HR practices that need to be addressed.
Develop recommendations and action plan
Total Package HR develops a set of recommendations and an action plan to address any gaps or weaknesses identified in the audit. The action plan should prioritize areas of greatest risk or impact, and provide a roadmap for implementing changes to HR policies and practices.
Communicate findings and recommendations
Total Package HR then communicates the findings of the audit and the recommended action plan to the client’s senior leadership team. We provide guidance and support in implementing the changes needed to improve HR practices and policies.
